Making Pasta from Scratch

Product Description

This 2-hour class teaches you the skills you need to make your own fresh pasta from start to finish! We provide organic ingredients from local farms including Shepherd's Grain flour from the Columbia Plateau and Stiebrs Farm's free-range eggs. You will learn to mix and roll pasta by hand.

During the class we will be offering samples of Eat Local meals (equivalent to a full dinner), and samples of Eat Local wines. After the class you will receive a 10% discount on all purchases made that day. Classes are limited to 15 participants.
