Shipping
Eat Local entrees, sides, soups, desserts, and pizzas are all frozen after they have been made from the freshest local ingredients. This means that when we ship these products to you, they will be frozen and kept frozen using styrofoam and dry ice.
In order to make sure that our food arrives to you frozen, we will fill and ship orders Tuesday and Wednesday. Any orders placed Thursday through Monday will be filled and shipped on Tuesday.
In order to ensure that your frozen food order arrives frozen, you must select a shipping method that will deliver to you within two days. Please follow the guide below:
Residents of Washington, northern Oregon, and northern Idaho may use Fed Ex Ground to receive deliveries within 1 day of shipping. The Fed Ex Ground Overnight map is at http://www.fedex.com/grd/maps/MapEntry.do. The origin ZIP code is 98109.
Residents of southern Oregon, southwest Idaho, northern California, and northwest Nevada may use Fed Ex Ground to receive deliveries within 2 days of purchase. Please use Fed Ex Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight to receive deliveries within 1 day of shipping.
Residents of eastern Idaho, eastern Nevada, southern California, and any other state not mentioned above please use Fed Ex 2Day to receive deliveries within 2 days. Or Fed Ex Priority Overnight or Standard overnight to receive deliveries within 1 day of shipping.
If you are not sure when to use Fed Ex Ground, please consult Fed Ex's Ground service map at http://www.fedex.com/grd/maps/MapEntry.do. The origin ZIP code is 98109.
You can also use Fed Ex's Transit Time website to find out which service to use in order to receive a shipment within two days. The site is found at http://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home?cc=US&language=en&locId=express.
To use:
1. Enter the "From" ZIP code as 98109.
2. Enter your ZIP code in the "To" ZIP entry.
3. Under "Additional Information" enter "1" for weight.
4. Under "Pickup/Dropoff" select "Drop off at Fed Ex Location."
5. Press the "Get Quick Quote" button.
Each Fed Ex service will be displayed with its transit time.
Modifying Your Order
In the event that you have selected Fed Ex Ground and it will not deliver your order within 2 days, we will modify your shipping method to Fed Ex 2Day.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will remove the item from your order and ship everything else.
Returns
Due to health regulations, we cannot refund returned food. However, if your product is in any way damaged or unfrozen upon receipt please contact us and we will work with FedEx on your behalf to resolve the matter and re-ship your product.
